JOIE DE VIVRE~ JOY OF LIVING

“Joy is to fun what the deep sea is to a puddle. It’s a feeling inside that can hardly be contained.”

Buzzer Beat

___________________________________
Currently: Unfinished Drama - Episode 7

I am currently watching eps 1-6 of Buzzer Beat and I know this show has a manga to it as well as many other Jdramas but since I have not read the manga or have any idea of what the plot or story is originally supposed to be like I will have to judge this based on no knowledge of a past creation. Overall  while I watched this drama on eps 1-3 I thought this drama could be really good and has a lot of potential to be very addicting but if there is anything that made this drama a little disappointing (judging in my personal taste for dramas) it's that I absolutely hate when the female character starts liking the main character not long after getting to know him. These are the cliche parts I usually hate in dramas because I dread and I mean I DREAD seeing the female character crying and being sad for many episodes until she get's the guy she wants. I'm hoping as the show goes on the put in more fun scenes like the beach scenes those are the little things that give this show a more addicting feeling.

I'm afraid it's already leading towards what I honestly don't like about a lot of dramas and what I mean it's the female character crying feeling sorry for herself because she loves someone. Here she tries to kiss him while I'm still confused about how she started liking him it didn't go as smoothly to have this character like him in a snap of fingers. She says she can't control her feelings and that they crossed the line; I'm afraid so, but it's her who has crossed it not necessarily him.

She was already thinking around episode 3 if she liked him or not knowing he had someone in his life. When she heard him crying on the phone on episode 5 she ran all the way to him which I honestly didn't ever get the vibe she liked him enough to go all night long to see why he was crying. The reason he was crying was due to this:

She cheated on him.
Right now, I am hoping that Riko does not spend an episode or two feeling sorry for herself. I am also thinking she could act better. She isn't a bad actress but she doesn't come off as an important character to me; how do I explain, she needs more personality.
